To be honest, today I change my favorite browser to Flock. Oh yes, this new browser is extremely similar to one I used, Firefox. Flock offers blogging, photo management, bookmark tool never been easier. These features are integrated perfectly in Flock without requiring any addition extension. Flock got their own extensions repository though.

Iqro! Baca! Kadang kalo mendengar ceramah atau khotbah, kata ‘baca’ mempunyai kecenderungan berarti sebuah proses memahami dari suatu bentuk/media yang menyimpan informasi atau ide. Namun, pada kenyataannya kebanyakan orang memiliki kecenderungan membaca Al Quran tanpa tahu makna yang sedang dibacanya, kecuali sempat melihat terjemahannya. Apakah ini dibenarkan?

Al Quran yang saat ini, saya sebut Al Quran konvensional, yang sangat sederhana menggunakan media penyimpanannya dalam bentuk buku. Di jaman teknologi informasi seperti ini, media penyimpanan seperti ini sepertinya kurang supel.

Kekurangan dari model buku yang digunakan saat ini, tidak memiliki indeks ketika kita ingin melakukan pengkajian terhadap sebuah maklumat, misalkan hukum jual-beli. Ketika hendak ingin mengkajinya secara personal, entah harus memulai dari surat ataupun ayat yang mana, namun jawaban maklumat itu justru didapatkan dari orang yang dianggap cukup sufi untuk melakukan penalaran Naqly atau Aqly, bukan didapat dari pencarian personal pada narasumber Islam, Al Quran. Dengan alasan bahwa pengkajian secara personal kadang dinilai kurang memiliki ilmu/pengetahuan untuk mengambil sebuah kesimpulan.
